Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

We use TeamViewer to easily connect and control our users PC who are not available in the office or working from home. The installation of TeamViewer is very easy and user friendly. With a simple guidance, our users can easily download and install TeamViewer if TeamViewer is not installed on their laptop or PC.

Pros

  • Perform remote systems administration
  • Share remote desktop easily
  • Host Meeting

Cons

  • One-time password doesn't work properly. This feature need some improvement.
  • Telnet feature should be added in Team Viewer.
  • Great for business administrators, teachers, and online tutors.
I have selected TeamViewer over AnyDesk, because AnyDesk remote address was duplicated with our 2 or more organization computers. Because of this we are facing remote connectivity issues and were not be able to connect to our Users. So we advised our users to download and install TeamViewer for remote desktop support.

TeamViewer is free of cost for non-commercial purposes and it helps provide easy access to remote machines. It can be used on Android, Linux, Microsoft Windows and Mac devices. It supports remote printing, remote chatting, and wake-on-LAN without any specific configurations. Drag and drop feature to share files from one system to another is very nice and easy.
We haven't used single sign-on, two factor authentication, HIPAA compliance SOC 2 certification security features yet.
TeamViewer provide remote support functions for users , who work from home and manage remote computers in small, medium, and large networks. TeamViewer gives you access to a remote computer, whether the user is in Office or home. Many people are using TeamViewer from last 17 years because you can easily view a remote computer from more than one location. In addition, this program is one of the oldest, fastest and most secure remote control programs that are available on the market today.
