Pros

Fast connection
High Quality connection
tabbed connections
multiple connections to one device

Cons

the jump from the business plan with 200 endpoints to a larger plan is huge in pricing
pricing in general is quite steep
no msi for business clients

Return on Investment

Without remote access tools my life would be in the car

AnyDesk and ConnectWise ScreenConnect

I think AnyDesk might be a superior product and I might switch to it, screenconnect however is slower and is only accesible via a web interface
