- Quick remote control
- Easy to use
- Offers ways to easily identify computers within domain
- Offer more functionality when in remote session
- Offer even more features to the menu
- Teamviewer may lack some security features
- Easy to use
- Not the most pricey support solution out there
- No traveling needed to offer support
Not very long as it used very much within our support team.
Much easier to user and it provides more at a better price.
Therefore teamviewer (in my honest opinion) is the easy winner here.
However one thing that Goverlan does better is the security implementations. I believe the logs from teamviewer are not secure.
Some businesses or goverments might prefer Goverlan for these obvious reasons.

Also it is a great and easy to use tool.
It does not require a lot to implement it within an organisation.
It lacks a bit of security therefore I would not rate it the highest score possible.
I give it a solid 8,5 out of 10.

None, we have not looked into this deeply.
I believe teamviewer does not promote this enough.
I've been working with it for 2 years and I did know it had a 2fa authentication method.
It believe it still is not the best security wise.
We have not taken advantage of this.
