Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
So TeamViewer is a very essential remote access app for my organization. Since my team is based across India and Australia, most of the time, we have to access each other's computers to troubleshoot or work at odd times when either team member is not present or it might be a night at the other side.

- Risk of abuse from hacking but that's true for other tools as well

TeamViewer has better support and features such as multiplatform support and file sharing. It is great for collaborations in multi national companies. Quality vise as well it is a great tool and the refresh rate is also quite good.It has great number of communication tools and its very easy to use.

Very satisfied with the product. Implementation was very easy to set up on laptops and computers.There are many different elements present there that provide great flexibility to manage our collaboration and explore the details side of all requirements. In Cloudwerx, we are using TeamViewer for all our projects and streams.
