Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

At work, we use TeamViewer to address various IT related issues remotely. In my most recent cases I had some software issues and my coworker from IT was able to gain remote access to my company laptop to correct the software issues. TeamViewer gave my coworker full control of my laptop and my issue was resolved pretty quickly without having to physically take my laptop to our IT department.

  • Less download options - I was a little confused the most recent time I needed to download TeamViewer on my personal computer. I wasn’t very clear on which option to choose.

The benefits from using TeamViewer were seen immediately. After the first remote session which was successful, the benefits were evident.

I would give the TeamViewer implementation process a 10 because It was a smooth process. Our IT department just loaded out the software to all company computers and we haven’t had any issues with using it. It is all flawless and runs rather smooth.
We usually use the two factor authentication with TeamViewer which is great to make sure no random person is trying to join our company server. It involves intentional access from employee owner of a specific laptop/desktop and the IT department. We do recommend that employee owner of the specific machine stay nearby while IT employees are correcting any issues.
Based on my experience, TeamViewer is excellent for IT department to remote in to my company laptop to correct any software related issues that may occur especially when I am working remotely. I suppose it would be good for personal computers too if one could find a remote IT servicing person/company.
have also used TeamViewer recently to remote into another computer to show someone how to use another software and it was like I was on my own computer because the connection was so seamless.
TeamViewer is especially useful for people working on computer projects together remotely. TeamViewer brings people together into one workspace.

Using TeamViewer

Every department employee with a laptop/desktop has TeamViewer automatically downloaded to their company laptop/desktop. Our various departments include HR, Safety, Contracts, Field Office Employees, Accounting, Estimating, etc. Whenever a new employee joins our organization, TeamViewer is automatically downloaded to their company laptop/desktop in the event that they do need IT assistance or access to work on projects remotely with other coworkers.
3 - Our IT department supports TeamViewer. This department consists of employees with often many years of experience within the IT scope of businesses. Their skills vary by individual but the biggest skill needed is the ability to understand how the software works and I would say that our IT department definitely understands how this software works and are able troubleshoot any issues successfully.

To be fair in this rating, we don’t see our organization canceling our current use if TeamViewer because it works for our organization. Why fix it if it’s not broken?
To my knowledge, we have had zero issues using this software within our organization. Furthermore, this software is pretty fast and efficient, experiencing lags are quite rare.

Using TeamViewer

This software is extremely easy to use. I literally just open it up share or receive a user and pass code which is used to gain or give remote access. After this, there is a chatbox option and then user can do whatever is needed through the remote access. It is quite seamless.
