Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
one of my key roles at {...} is to help colleagues solve IT Issues. I work as an IT consultant and team viewer helps me majorly with my job. It helps me remotely access desktops to either install or uninstall apps, remotely diagnose systems and help solve IT related issues. Additionally, I find the connection quite secure and trustworthy compared to other remote access software's. Additionally it helps me switch between IT tickets as I can remotely access multiple desktops at once making it super convenient and efficient.
Pros
- Helps me provide support to colleagues using Remote Access. Being in a company with more than 3000 employees, IT issues are quite frequent and with TeamViewer it helps us sort many of these issues remotely.
- Allows me to run multiple remote sessions at once making it efficient. As a part of my role i solve 3-4 tickets mainly every hour and with having access to multiple desktops at once its easier for me to navigate issues faster and efficiently .
- Allows me to even access mobile devices which helps me solve mobile IT tickets as company phones need admin login and certificates to download new apps or to change settings.
Cons
- there have been instances where my team viewer has stopped and crashed my pc. This is quite frequent and has cause operational inefficiency. Their recent UK outages have disrupted multiple tickets of mine.
- The support at TeamViewer is not too great as i have had experiences where the advisor is less known to many features and is unable to help me.
- Previously i have faced issues with reverse proxy which isnt quite great and also poses a security threat on devices.
- My job is completely remote and so it savings me travel time to office and to colleague residenses.
- I solve around 40 tickets everyday which for my organisation saves a lot of money in my knowledge.
- every ticket I solve roughly saves the company £160 worth of opportunity cost.
Since day 1 of my employment, I have seen a reduction in operational costs and improvement with employee satisfaction.
TeamViewer is always ahead of the game in new innovation and technological improvements compared to its competitors. I have always found TeamViewer's UI and UX user-friendly and quite easy to use. The security of connection is quite strong as well which makes it better compared to its competitors. The multiple remote function is the usp and quite useful too.

Single sign-on and two factor authentication are 2 main features we use at [...] when we use TeamViewer. This helps employee secure the company data and protects the misuse of the PC. With these enabled features out employee satisfaction survey saw an uptrail of employee satisfaction,
