Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
We mainly use TeamViewer to remote support our customers. In this way we can offer a quick and accurate remote support, so that they do not have to wait for support on location. Sometimes systems at the customers have already installed a different or older version of TeamViewer in the past, and that can sometimes cause problems during the installation of our client.

- time saving because you don't have to travel or be at a customer's location
- tickets are resolved faster
- Better service than sending an end user to a service desk
not so fast, this support was just needed because it saves a lot of time
TeamViewer is easy to use. Installation and deployment on systems is straightforward. It's also user-friendly for end users when manual action is required. TeamViewer is reliable and the support is good. There are also good manuals available if there are questions. There is even a community forum where you can go with questions and frequently asked questions

Within our organization, security is an important component of IT. Therefore, the built-in capabilities of TeamViewer are highly desirable. In particular, the single sign-on functions are utilized. Furthermore, there is a security team present within our organization that constantly examines every option and possibility, and if necessary, implements them to make the service provision as secure as possible
