[Totango is] being used for Customer Success. We bought it to automate the CS processes.

- Reporting
- Customization
- Finance team is unreasonable
- Lack of important connectors
- CSV uploading is inefficient
- Some important fields can only be updated through CSV
- Still new to evaluate the ROI
- Gainsight and Strikedeck
Strikedeck was better equipped. COOs use of Totango in the previous firm influenced our decision to buy this product
