Overall Satisfaction with Totango

[Totango is] being used for Customer Success. We bought it to automate the CS processes.

  • Reporting
  • Customization
  • Finance team is unreasonable
  • Lack of important connectors
  • CSV uploading is inefficient
  • Some important fields can only be updated through CSV
  • Still new to evaluate the ROI
Strikedeck was better equipped. COOs use of Totango in the previous firm influenced our decision to buy this product

All support tickets were resolved in a timely manner
As mentioned, without SFDC, it's not easy to add data to the platform
Well suited for reporting and consolidation in one place, but relies heavily on Salesforce integration. Without SFDC, the tool falls short with CSV uploads
