Overall Satisfaction with Trello

We used to manage small project tasks, but with Trello it's simple and helps to see tasks at a glance and there progress.
  • Simple and easy to work with
  • Gives you an overall picture of the state
  • We can have different boards and switch between them easily
  • Assigning and tracking task is easy for small scale projects
  • Difficult to do complex task such as linknig multiple tasks.
  • When there are more items it can get cluttered.
  • Difficulty in measuring effort (in time) on assignments and the impact of ad-hoc tasks.
  • Simple to manage assignments and it gives a quick heads up on what's complete and what's next.
  • Never forget a task which was put on hold.
It's simple on a high level, but if you want to make it more meaningful additional options in the card takes time to setup.
Well, the support documents are informative.
