Overall Satisfaction with Trello

Trello works as a task management board. We used it as an integrated system between departments, where the chiefs of operations, the CEO and the workers can access and modify tasks in real time. It helps organize the workflow related to content creation in a very simple and quick way.

Even though other task management tools have different advantages, it all comes down to the complexity of the project to handle. I recommend Trello as a task management tool for projects that have a mildly complexity and are estimatedly linear. Jira works very well with complex projects (like software developement or construction projects for instance) since it has a higher level of customization for the boards. Monday works as a middle point between Trello and Jira, since it also has a level of customization and integration to an extent.
Haven't really used it, since the platform is so simple and intuitive that I've never had to get customer support for it. Each of the features, however, generally display a little information box with very simple and specific information that carries you through said feature, to ensure you have a clear idea of its function.
I would continue using trello for task management in projects that don't involve much integration with different departments, have a linear production process and need to be constantly updated in real time. However, for more complex projects or that require different integrations with several departments or disciplines, I would consider other task management options

Overall, Trello is a very efficient and user friendly tool for task management. It works pretty well on content creation projects (such as video editing, article writing or social platforms marketing) that have a very straightforward and linear chain of progress. However, if a project has different pathways or options, there might be better tools to use.
