Overall Satisfaction with Triblio ABM/ABX Platform

We use Triblio to see who is visiting our website. It's used to track what pages people are clicking on and who is clicking on them. Our sales representatives use the websites and other reports to target people who are expressing interest specifically. We use an account-based marketing strategy and this helps save our reps time. They no longer have to hope that they're finding the interested people. Now they can pinpoint the best targets.

I have never contacted support about an issue.
Triblio hasn't helped me directly with support, as I said on the prior question. Although I believe the marketing team had issues with a certain report and our customer support rep helped us fixed the issue. We had no problems moving forward and it was handled in a very quick time.
As someone on the sales side, I don't know much about these tools' differences. However, I have had a very good experience with Triblio. It seems like it is more robust, and we can gain more information about our website visitors. I believe we picked them because of this reason.

I think it's good for companies who have a built out marketing program. I know our marketing team knows the software very well. As someone on the sales side, I struggle to understand some concepts. However they have a great support team and they help with reports that make things very easy to understand.
