Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We have 3 offices across the United States and Trinet seamlessly helps me manage employees in California and Louisiana without having to spend hours on the phone with them explaining how to do certain HR tasks.

Pros

  • Provides great benefits
  • Excellent customer service and response time
  • Great technology, that allows everything to be accessed from one place

Cons

  • Customer service hours, If there was anyway to have someone available to us 24/7
  • Better 401K options
Very good service, always able to find someone to provide help when it's needed.

  • With our previous HR company I used to spend days chasing around our HR rep, with trinet someone is always available to us

There is no comparison between the level of support and benefits we get from Trinet and what we used to receive from Paychex. There was always a constant struggle with Paychex to find someone who could help us.
We are still a small company but we were even smaller when we started with Trinet. They were able to take 14 employees at the time and provide us with benefits equal to any large company. This is extremely helpful in recruitment of new employees.
