Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

TriNet is used across the entire organization for payroll, T&E, health insurance and other benefits as well as HR support.

Pros

  • Innovative software
  • Reasonable priced insurance plans
  • HR support

Cons

  • Current reorganization of HR support function should conclude soon I hope
  • More definition and transparency with annual rate increases
Strong, long standing relationships that have provided various degrees of support over the years ranging from specific HR issue to revamping the employee handbook or finding coverage for a national sales team.
The website makes thinks easy as does the centralized support team.

Various communications and support with SS deferment and leave administration.
They stack up well and decision comes down to dollars
Well suited for a company struggling to find great health insurance options at a reasonable price. For a company without internal HR. Less suited for a company with more scale in terms of people and resources
