Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Good product, good price, good people, bad website! However, I'll recommend the service because I don't think the other providers are better or have better prices for what I needed

  • On-boarding and termination process
  • Great benefits (health care, life insurance, 401K), good prices.
  • Great reporting online for accounting or PPP purposes for instance
  • The website is like a Chinese menu! Way too many tabs and drop down menus, etc... It's probably thorough but sometimes I can't wrap my head around it when I’m looking basic info
Good service, very responsive overall, smart people that always find the right solution for you
Fairly easy even though too many info online that makes finding basic info challenging at times

Probably more suitable for small startup up to 10-50. I'm not sure o the exact number but other provider or internal solution might be cheaper over a certain threshold.
