Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

TriNet is typically very responsive to HR issues, particularly if they are time critical. The TriNet team usually makes every effort to assist in solving last minute issues and concerns.
We use TriNet for payroll processing and Human Resource Management. We utilize TriNet resources to assist us in hiring, compliance reporting and benefit administration.

Pros

  • TriNet provides an extensive library of management forms which we use in all phases of our human resource activities.
  • TriNet offers a wide variety of benefit packages which we can offer our employees.
  • TriNet does an exceptional job of compliance reporting and keeping our management informed of new developments.

Cons

  • Payroll processing deadlines are too close to the end of the pay period. We currently have 24 hours from the end of the pay period to process the payroll.
  • TriNet requires submission of all changes to employee status, pay rates, etc. to be done at least 3 days before payroll processing, which does not allow for any last minute changes.
  • Full reports, such as invoices, registers and journals are not available until 48 hours after payroll processing.
  • TriNet has had a very positive impact on our staying within HR compliance and making the hiring/termination process much better organized.
  • TriNet has been very helpful in implementing a complicated pay structure.
We found TriNet to be much easier to use than ADP and customer service to be much better.
TriNet is very well equipped to deal with complicated employment and human resources matters.

TriNet is less equipped to deal with last minute changes and adjustments.
