Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
We use TriNet for payroll processing and Human Resource Management. We utilize TriNet resources to assist us in hiring, compliance reporting and benefit administration.
Pros
- TriNet provides an extensive library of management forms which we use in all phases of our human resource activities.
- TriNet offers a wide variety of benefit packages which we can offer our employees.
- TriNet does an exceptional job of compliance reporting and keeping our management informed of new developments.
Cons
- Payroll processing deadlines are too close to the end of the pay period. We currently have 24 hours from the end of the pay period to process the payroll.
- TriNet requires submission of all changes to employee status, pay rates, etc. to be done at least 3 days before payroll processing, which does not allow for any last minute changes.
- Full reports, such as invoices, registers and journals are not available until 48 hours after payroll processing.
- TriNet has had a very positive impact on our staying within HR compliance and making the hiring/termination process much better organized.
- TriNet has been very helpful in implementing a complicated pay structure.
We found TriNet to be much easier to use than ADP and customer service to be much better.
