Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Very helpful HR support staff and good CSR.
Very easy to use and access. Easy to hire/promote/terminate in system.
I have utilized TriNet at multiple organizations where I have worked. It's great to utilize a PEO when you don't have a dedicated HR team and Finance is in charge of payroll, benefits, 401k, and state employment filings. It allowed us to focus on growing the business and outsourcing the payroll function.

Pros

  • Well regarded PEO
  • Very good implementation team, got set up in less than 30 days for a 11-50 person company
  • Better access to benefits at a national level, lots of choices for employees for medical, dental, and vision
  • Detailed reporting that is easy to manipulate
  • Good customer service for both admins and employees

Cons

  • Cost
  • Online site is good and functions, but could use a refresh
  • Allowed us to stop worrying about state filings, which freed up time to focus on business
  • Easy one stop for employees to see pay and benefits
Experience using them and clearer pricing.
Good for small companies, but can get expensive if you have a lot of employees. Have to pay per paycheck.
