Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
WE USE TRINET FOR PAYROLL ONLY.
- Customer service: always get an answer right away.
- Implantation staff: really well trained.
- Software: user-friendly.
- Insurance: as I have some complaints about the provider.
- When we have some more intense, precise questions sometimes it takes times to answer.
- WE HAVE AN EMPLOYEE WITH A TAX ISSUE. IT WAS A TRINET ERROR, THAT SHOULD NOT HAPPEN.
- Cost: we were looking at lowering our cost and Trinet did that.
- As we are not using the HR, that does not affect us but we did not need it.
- Reporting is good: a lot of reports that we do not need but if we do, they are available.
We were using TotalSource from ADP and were very satisfied, however, the cost was an issue.
