Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

The HR department in Austria runs the payroll entries and the Management department in the USA uses it to control vacation. Our staff in the USA uses TriNet to view payslips, choose benefits, read the TriNet handbook information, etc.
  • HR professionals assist us on specific labor law issues, on offer draft, etc.
  • Service staff helps us on general and payroll related questions or they refer us to a specialist; their reaction is very quick.
  • There are visa specialists who help in visa issues.
  • Benefits setup is easy with TriNet.
  • 401k is well organized.
  • Tax issues are always referred to tax consultants.
  • Major legal issues are referred to lawyers.
TriNet has helped us to set up the platform as well as on HR processes in an easy way
Usually, it's rather quick, even quicker than our internal ERP.
  • No negative impact up to now.
