Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
We are currently using TriNet company-wide for payroll, benefits and vacation tracking.
The biggest problem it addresses is the fact that we do not have an internal HR department. Our partners at TriNet have been very helpful in keeping us up to date on new developments and also areas that we were not aware of prior to implementing TriNet.

- Lets you respond quickly to emails.
- Keep in touch until an inquiry is resolved.
- Reach out periodically to ask if we have questions/concerns.
- Implementing our new PTO policy took around three months, as there were some miscommunications.
- Payroll accuracy has improved, as there is review by our Partners and they have caught a few incorrect items.
- Time spent on preparing payroll has decreased.
