Use Cases and Deployment Scope

TriNet is deployed across the whole US organization. We use the payroll, HR and benefits capabilities. It has been a great tool as we do not have a full time dedicated HR function in the US yet, and helps us manage all the HR responsibilities through a single platform. The support is great between our payroll rep, benefits rep and other the folks we have interacted with at TriNet.

Payroll and daily HR management

It is tough to provide severance because TriNet deactivates direct deposit of terminated employees and then a check is sent to the company without any notice.
