Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

TriNet handles our payroll and health insurance.
  • Payroll is done on time and accurately. If I have any questions concerning the employees of the company, the questions are answered quickly.
  • They resolve all issues quickly and professionally.
  • They provide a competitive health plan.
  • The Workforce Analytics payroll forms: way too many forms and too much scrolling.
The customer service rep answered the questions quickly and to my satisfaction.
Easy to navigate the website.
  • TriNet doing PR frees up time to do other financial functions.
  • TriNet researching health plans frees up time for other functions.
I have not reviewed other products like TriNet.
To have the payroll done frees up time for other accounting functions and the larger health group makes the premiums far less for a small company. If you have less then 5 employees and do not pay for health insurance it may not be financially feasible.
