Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
We use TriNet to handle payroll and human resources. We use it across our U.S. based company. It helps that TriNet has coverage over the entire country.
Pros
- TriNet has a great support staff on their 800 number.
- The account reps are very accessible.
- TriNet offers workshops for HR managers to attend.
Cons
- TriNet sometimes does not have all the functionality that are needed like OSHA.
- Organization may have used TriNet to improve payroll accuracy, to stay within HR compliance and to reduce the time HR spent on administrative tasks
ADP is terrible for small business. They send you mountains of paper and have very little, if any customer service. Trying to get someone on the phone with them is virtually impossible.

The product usability has to be the number one factor and having the ability to reach our entire team across the country.
I would keep it the same. We are very happy with the Trinet product and the customer service.
