Monthly payroll reporting and as a PSE for better/more affordable healthcare coverage. Impossible to secure affordable healthcare coverage as a small company. Increasingly cost prohibitive on the individual market in NC for owners.
- Great portal for core payroll functionality.
- Useful and effective reporting.
- Company on-boarding blinds spots, huge pain point in year 1 cutover.
- Loss of history from old payroll provider onto Trinet; no assistance for old payroll provider (not your problem but more consultative guidance would be helpful).
- Healthcare coverage is the key reason for adoption.
