Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

POS Supply Solutions is using TriNet as our outsourced payroll, benefits, workmans comp and more. We are using it across our entire company with offices in 2 states and employees in 4 States. TriNet gives us the ability to offer big company benefits and manage the complexity of multi-state payroll and taxes much easier.

Pros

  • Benefit management and offering.
  • Multi-state payroll and taxes.

Cons

  • Integration to our NetSuite ERP/accounting system.
We love the ability to quickly reach a "live" customer service rep. Also, we do have a dedicated rep that we speak with most often.
The user interface is simple and easy. The help and support is easy to access and understand.
  • Manage multi-state office and employees.
  • Offer better benefits to employees.
  • Simple payroll administration.
TriNet has been very pro-active with Covid support. We have attending webinars, read helpful info and called them for advice many times.
TriNet is very well suited for a company with offices and employees in several different states.
