Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We currently use TriNet as our HR resource. We utilize it for our HRIS system as well as payroll. We have also utilized services from TriNet such as dealing with separations and other HR related requests. The company utilizes the platform to pick and manage their benefits as well as internally to track any HR related activity for employees such and promotions and pay changes.

The support we receive is always very quick. The chat function allows us to connect to someone right away and in instance where we email, they are always responded to promptly.
I think the interface is pretty intuitive. Employees who just see an employee profile also say the usability is great and they enjoy the mobile app.

We were able to receive a credit with an ongoing relationship with TriNet which was helpful during the pandemic.
TriNet has fulfilled our requirements and making a switch would require us to change our benefit offerings quite a bit. From that standpoint, it paid to stay with TriNet. They also have been extremely responsive and we enjoy the level of support we receive. The only issue we have seen so far is higher year over year increases.
For a company of our size (>50) TriNet has been very helpful. They help facilitate areas where you would normally need a full time hire. Being part of a larger group also allows us to tap into discounts on the benefits front. Employees enjoy having many options when it comes to benefits and allows us to be competitive in the hiring market.
