Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
We currently use TriNet as our HR resource. We utilize it for our HRIS system as well as payroll. We have also utilized services from TriNet such as dealing with separations and other HR related requests. The company utilizes the platform to pick and manage their benefits as well as internally to track any HR related activity for employees such and promotions and pay changes.

We were able to receive a credit with an ongoing relationship with TriNet which was helpful during the pandemic.
TriNet has fulfilled our requirements and making a switch would require us to change our benefit offerings quite a bit. From that standpoint, it paid to stay with TriNet. They also have been extremely responsive and we enjoy the level of support we receive. The only issue we have seen so far is higher year over year increases.
