Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use TriNet for benefits, time off management, leave management, payroll and hr supports. As we are a small school, it helps us to have a one stop shop without having to hire multiple people to manage this.

They are a very large company. I think they will continue to sustain themselves as they have thousands of clients

ADP allowed for customization and access to change everything on their portal on behalf of employees.
As discussed, the issues with decision making, access to change things in the portal, payroll support makes me say an 8. If those things were improved, It would be a 10. TriNet is a big company and for smaller companies using this, it makes it feel like we are a small fish in a big pond.
