Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

I utilize TriNet Payroll and Benefits services as well as situational HR support. Dedicated Account representatives are allocated per client so you develop a relationship with your team. TriNet also offers employee training and compliance support. As Federal or State laws are enacted or updated, TriNet provides detailed explanations ahead of the enforcement dates so you are prepared.

  • ability to edit payroll
  • ability to edit PTO
  • PTO interface is difficult for end user to understand
There are some areas where the customer should be able to make edits and they have to go through more than one department and usually a significant waiting period before the edit is completed.
Account specific representatives are excellent however, there have been times when I have called in and have had to explain in detail to a general support person and they are not able to assist.
