Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Our organization is small, but TriNet still works great for our company. We are able to complete payroll with ease, keep employee records organized, and make our benefits accessible and easy to navigate for all employees. TriNet is great at also educating employees and the employer. Whenever I have a question, TriNet is ready with a solution or answer.

Pros

  • Easy payroll processing
  • Organized employee data and reports
  • Lots of features (I don't even use them all!)

Cons

  • Takes a few days to hear back on questions or concerns
  • Sometimes information provided is misleading
  • Features could be easier to find (more user friendly)
  • Stay within HR compliance
There are a lot of features on TriNet which is great, but because of all of the features it seems like some of the user-interface is less-important to the platform. I don't know everything TriNet does, and sometimes it is a little hard to find what I am looking for because of everything.
The live-chat is fast at responding, but it takes several days (if not a week or more) for my more complex problems to be solved or responded to.

Yes

TriNet is probably best for larger companies, although our smaller company uses it and it works well for us. We only use TriNet for our full-time employees, although we could use it for our part-time or contracted employees too.
