Pleased with TriNet but always room for improvement
Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
We have been using TriNet since our start-up was formed over 8 years ago. We are a small company with about 10 employees. TriNet has helped us manage our payroll, human resources and benefits. I have been very impressed with their website and tools/reports they offer to help us manage our business.
Pros
- Website is well organized and easy to navigate
- Breadth of Benefit choices
- Reports and analytics are helpful to manage our business
Cons
- per employee fees could be more competitive
- responsiveness to issue resolution could be improved. The Chat service is usually helpful but sometimes issues remain unresolved for long periods of time..
- Employees are generally pleased with the breadth of benefit plans
- Onboarding employees is fast and easy.
- LOA process has allowed several employees to take time off (with pay) to tend to a new born or a sick parent.
