Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

The main problem TriNet addressed for us was our desire to continue offering generous health insurance benefits while keeping costs more manageable. It also helps free up the HR contact person from many time consuming tasks

Pros

  • accurate and timely payroll processing
  • responsiveness to questions and issues
  • year end and year start
  • open enrollment

Cons

  • time and attendance - lack of visibility in timesheet of approved time off
  • unclear or lack of communication regarding available features (eg TriNet customer resource web page)
  • would appreciate more or better resources for using reports and analytics
  • cutting costs by elimination of high level HR position
  • streamlining of open enrollment process
  • cutting health ins costs by having access to large group rates
overall it's great and easy to use.
The support is excellent, from our dedicated representative to general support line and payroll support. This is true both on a personal level and a company level. There's a high level of competency and professionalism all around.
better technology and consistency, more streamlined and the ADP product was not PEO
