Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

As a PEO, we have implemented 360-degree Learning, an Applicant Tracking System, and Performance reviews, which are all new to our company and company organization.

Pros

  • Communication with Chat
  • Designated Team Member from TriNet
  • Steps on how to navigate or use a feature TriNet offers

Cons

  • Instructions on steps, maybe add videos
  • Chat always has me have different people tell me different things on the same topic I am asking
  • Payroll- Horrible experience with submitting payroll and the reivew has all these changes that was not requested
  • Improve Payroll
  • Have a LMS for our company
  • Tracked Performance reviews and access for managers
  • implementing the applicant tracking system to be organized and have approval, admin views
The fact that the chat is easy to use and fast help
Always a great help, except that different people state different things on the same quesiton
