Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use TriNet as our PPO payroll provider. The HR side of the platform is generous. It has several helpful tips and videos for all aspects of employment. The payroll platform could be improved. I use multiple pay rates, and it can be difficult to do this with the platform. I have seen the platform change an overtime rate incorrectly due to multiple pay rates. Besides the payroll platform, extremely helpful information provided.

The payroll platform could be improved.
Employees who have contacted support have been happy with the help received.
I selected them for the payroll platform; however it was oversold by the sales team. It does not operate as I had wished.

Great for small businesses who can afford it. It is not the easiest platform for companies like ours who pay prevailing wage rates.
