Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
As a nonprofit, we used TriNet to manage our employee information, onboard employees, and provide access to benefits. We also have launched our performance evaluation through TriNet for the first time this year, and have found success through the platform. My HR Manager and I now use The Wing to learn more about the TriNet platform and to connect with other business professionals.

- offering tutorials/training for setting up reports in TriNet to analyze data
- ensuring consistent clear updates to PTO - allowing HR Authorizers to check current rates for levels of employees to ensure it aligns with our internal rates/communications
- speed of follow up
- provide more options on the performance review to allow for different rating systems
- We have used TriNet to build more trust with our staff through accuracy of information
- We have propelled our process of staff self-evaluation and manager feedback to better understand our progress
- We have used TriNet to help our employees access their time, benefits, and pay
We are considering using the Engagement Survey this next year. The benefits are that our staff are already familiar with TriNet and trust the platform with their data. TriNet also offers insight through consultancy as well as as best practices for the Engagement Survey. We may not end up using it, however, due to the cost.
