Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
TriNet handles our payroll, benefits, Workers Comp, Payroll Taxes. They are our HR partner, so anytime we have any HR related questions with a troubled employee, we usually ask them for a 2nd opinion or advice. They handle our payroll taxes at the end of the year for all the states our employees work in. We work with them on benefits and selecting plans and enrolling our staff.
Pros
- Payroll is easy to process with just entering in details on the platform
- Reports are easy to pull up for our CPA and for me to complete for corporate
- Easy to get in contact with someone for any type of questions
Cons
- The tax department is hard to reach and hard to obtain a response once in contact
- though reporting is easy to obtain, setting up a report exactly to the format we would like is not possible
- benefits pricing is getting more expensive each year
- TriNet is our HR Partner, so we've run into scenarios of troubled employee and they've helped walk us through the process of what to do next
- HR has connected us through their legal department, to run the scenarios of legal encounter we can have with certain cases
- Hiring an employee is a straight forward process
When we first started with TriNet, it was a long process to get a report setup with all the information we needed on it. This report is what I use to complete my own report to corporate office. I was able to get all the information on one report but I was not able to have it displayed the way I would like to.
