Marketing and Product Management use the portal extensively to mine quotes, references, and pipeline (new customer views).

- Like the fact that each review is vetted for accuracy, spam etc.
- Browser Support!!! Does not work on Chrome
- UI looks like it needs a refresh
- Increase brand awareness
- Manage brand reputation
- Scale customer proof through reviews
- Identify candidates for case studies & advocacy
- Reduce or supplement reference requests
- Increase landing page conversion
- Create sales enablement content
- Improve sales efficiency
- Gather product insights
- Identify & address customer issues
The products that I manage have had a lukewarm response (ie, we gathered fewer reviews then we originally planned but it is slowly improving). However, the feedback has been useful to understand the pain points and re-engage to ensure customer success.
Capterra
Customer feedback, references:
I had an annual goal to ensure we could line up Customer References who can talk to Analysts and talk at the TIBCO Now conference. 2 years back we were sort scrambling to get references that were willing to talk. TrustRadius has been very valuable in that regard.

Since the reviews are detailed, it is helpful to navigate the specific pain points. In a few cases the review indicated the Customer was not up to date with the Product Enhancement and gave PMs/Account Teams the opportunity to re-engage with the customer

Yes - No. Chrome browser login in still buggy
The setup of the product page with emphasis on what I wanted customers to rate was done well. It was nice to know a person was spending the time to listen to what I had to say as against to me duplicating the product page

- Product Page setup
- Ability to respond to customer reviews
- easy to integrate ...i.e. TIBCO integrated the review portal with the support portal
- Will be nice to have a dashboard for analytics such as how many customers clicked on the survey link, how long did they spend on the site..Will help improve the way surveys get setup
- There is no way to gauge how successful the campaigns are without talking to someone at TrustRadius
