Channels

Currently, we use SMS only. But we are exploring other channels like whatssapp

Scalability

Adding an additional channel to our marketing mix allows us to reach customers more effectively and expand our overall communication impact.

It’s a reliable and flexible platform. My only feedback is around data flow between systems. For example, I’d like key indicators such as opt-outs and invalid phone numbers to feed back into my marketing automation platform. This would help with audience tracking and inform next best actions.
