Overall Satisfaction with Twilio SendGrid
We use Twilio SendGrid to send Email messages to prospects that have come in via digital ads such as Facebook, Google and LinkedIn. We use Twilio SendGrid to provide information and confirm details / reminders of upcoming appointments. We also use Twilio SendGrid for follow up comms after meetings have taken place and for product promotions.

Twilio SendGrid stacks up well to its direct competiros like Mailgun and BigMailer, but it doesnt stack up again more complex marketing automation tools like HubSpot and ActiveCampaign. That is understandable as it doesnt seem to be the purpose of the platform, but it is worth highlighting it doesnt directly compete with these platforms.
