Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Payroll uses UltiPro to process payroll and HR uses UltiPro to maintain employee information.

Pros and Cons

UltiPro has the function to import timesheets which is useful.
UltiPro helps to resolve tax notices which saves me time.
UltiPro does tax return filings which saves client money to find a CPA.

When I process retro pay, I need to do the calculation myself. If the system can calculate it, it will be more helpful.

Return on Investment

Positive impact: UltiPro can process payroll for more than 400 employees for the company.

Alternatives Considered

PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and ADP Enterprise eTIME

UltiPro is more user-friendly than PeopleSoft. UltiPro has a better ability to handle more employees than ADP.

Performance

Generally speaking, it is a great system, so I rate it 9. If it can improve the way to run payroll reports, I will rate it 10 next time.

It is a great system and it gives good tech support.

Exceptional Examples of UKG Pro Support

When I began to use UltiPro and didn't know how to do an import, UltiPro people showed me patiently. Now, I don't have any problems doing it on my own.

It is a good system. It is more user-friendly than PeopleSoft. One place UltiPro is not as good at as ADP is running payroll reports one by one. ADP can do payroll reports all at once by clicking one button.
