Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)

[UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)], is being used by our whole organization. It's our main HRIS system and utilized by all of our employees.
  • Customer service is great
  • Payroll system is great
  • Time system is great
  • BI is kind of complicated more training
  • Tuesdays are pretty busy for UKG, takes longer to contact them
  • Increased employee engagement
  • Employee customer service improved
  • Managing HR activities on one platform
It use to be called Ceridian, now it's called Ceridian Day force.
Sometime the time website takes a while to upload
I really like using [UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)]
All the time! I constantly send the customer service representatives manager email's with kudos on how well the employee was able to assist me.
[UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)], has great customer service representative. They are very knowledgeable and helpful
