Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)

We currently use UKG Pro across our US operations for HRIS, Payroll, Performance Management. It provides us with easily navigated employee self-service, reliable reporting and streamlined processes that our former provider did not offer. This has greatly reduced our paper-based processes and reduced opportunity for human errors. We also recently began to use the UltiPro App and have been pleased with it and it was quickly adopted with no hiccups reported by users. This allowed us to stop using our time clocks within our facilities in light of the COVID-19 threat to our team health and welfare. We also have a few modules not yet implemented that we intend to utilize in the future.

No one could handle the California 9/80 compliance better than Ulti.
The speed of the platform is very strong. Reports generally run quickly and are available for review within a short amount of time.
The support has been historically very solid even though there have been changes through the year as to how support is delivered that may have been clunky when first adopted. We have seen a little bit of degradation in support since the merger with Kronos but there is an effort to work that through.
When we implemented the 9/80 overtime calculations were a challenge and were not working properly. Ulti walked through it with us and made every accommodation possible to help us and support us.
UKG Pro is a robust solution--maybe too robust for an organization our size-but well aligned with our needs organizationally. Initially it was chosen as it met a specific need within our organization for the management of a California 9/80 schedule which has unique overtime rules and for consolidated reporting as we have multiple companies that often need to be viewed from a consolidated perspective. One challenge for us has been that our IT organization is not large enough to provide us with the support of the platform so we manage changes as an HR team. This can be challenging but having a payroll admin who is technical and well acquainted with the nuances of the platform has been very helpful.
