Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)

UKG Pro [(formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)] is being used across the whole organization. It is used for recruiting, onboarding, goal setting, performance reviews, time off, payroll, and for training purposes. UKG Pro [(formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)] consolidates all personnel information in to one platform.

UKG Pro [(formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)] has more features and is more user friendly.
Very quick and efficient.
Wonderful support team. Rapid Response Team is fantastic. They are extremely knowledgeable. If we have a more complex question, they research and respond promptly.
While working on year end tables, UKG notified us that adjustments needed to be made. The Rapid Response Team communicated the issue, provided options for resolution, and walked us through the guided adjustment. The representative stayed on the phone until 7 pm on a Friday evening to assist and ensure the adjustments were completed.
UKG Pro [(formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)] is well suited for one work location. It has the capabilities for multiple work locations, but it becomes complex to set up.
