Use Cases and Deployment Scope

UltiPro is being used company-wide.

Pros and Cons

UltiPro puts everything in one place.
Payroll is fairly easy.
User-friendly for employees.

Customer Service - Cases take too long to have a response from UltiPro. I have submitted cases and had to continuously follow up for about 3 weeks because no one was assigned to it.

UltiPro has helped us consolidate HR admin for sure. It has helped us save time, but it has also made us spend more time on things that haven't worked how we hoped.

Alternatives Considered

Workday Business Process Framework, SilkRoad Onboarding (RedCarpet) and ADP Enterprise eTIME

I like UltiPro better than other programs that I have used. It may be because I know UltiPro more, but it's been better to me and my employees.

Performance

It has been slower lately. Things get done, but it has taken longer for things to load.

UltiPro's support was horrible about 3 years ago. Then in the past 2 years, it got better and it was really awesome. In the past 6 months, I feel like it's not as great as it has been recently.
I'm often having to follow up on cases that I submit and typically don't hear a response for about a week.
I don't expect for UltiPro to drop everything and help me, but if I'm submitting a case, it's because we really need help. Obviously, some are more urgent than others, but I don't feel that I should constantly follow up for help.
When I have called the Rapid Response line (which is great), but they often can't help me with what we need.

Exceptional Examples of UKG Pro Support

Last December right after we ended Open Enrollment and right before the holidays, I called the Rapid Response line and the person that helped me was amazing! She was on the phone with me for over 2 hours and helped me with multiple cases that I needed help with. Her name was Keoka and I wish she could help me every time.

Likelihood to Recommend

I really like that everything is all in one place including payroll, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, time management, etc. It makes things a lot easier in HR.

I'm happy for the most part!
