Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
UltiPro is being used company-wide.
- UltiPro puts everything in one place.
- Payroll is fairly easy.
- User-friendly for employees.
- Customer Service - Cases take too long to have a response from UltiPro. I have submitted cases and had to continuously follow up for about 3 weeks because no one was assigned to it.
- Time savings
- Consolidating HR administration under a single solution
- Security and peace of mind
UltiPro has helped us consolidate HR admin for sure. It has helped us save time, but it has also made us spend more time on things that haven't worked how we hoped.
I like UltiPro better than other programs that I have used. It may be because I know UltiPro more, but it's been better to me and my employees.
Last December right after we ended Open Enrollment and right before the holidays, I called the Rapid Response line and the person that helped me was amazing! She was on the phone with me for over 2 hours and helped me with multiple cases that I needed help with. Her name was Keoka and I wish she could help me every time.
