Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

We currently use UltiPro as our main HRIS. We process payroll and benefits as well. Since our conversion last year, so many HR/Payroll functions have been streamlined and improved. Reporting in business intelligence has been tremendously helpful.

Yes - Release went smoothly and information was readily available. No surprises!

UKG Pro Support

Support, in general, is very helpful, friendly, and solution-driven.
I had a few prior year adjustments that I needed assistance on. I received great support from Mary Munteen at UltiPro.
