We leverage UserTesting consistently to validate any potential customer-facing experience change. We engage UserTesting whether it be a page layout change, site wide navigational change, copy change, display-ad, email, color color change.

We engage user testing across the organization to help us make better decisions in marketing, advertising, user experience, engineering, merchandising, funnel optimization, even search engine optimization.

UserTesting never fails to help us better understand what works best for our customers and to implement change with a greater level of confidence.

Never had any problems or issues with anything that wasn’t solved quickly by the online support person or that I couldn’t discover myself via self-service use of documentation. I have found it to be a very responsive and intuitive process from start to finish, this includes those rare moments where customer support required.
As I have said before, I have found the entire experience to be highly intuitive and borderline fun. The setup is straightforward and practically holds your hand through every phase of test creation. It really is so simple to set up, monitor and then learn. It requires little to no technical expertise. All you need is to have a question about your website and the ability to write instructions for the user.
We have benefited from UserTesting in myriad ways from actually discovering new product ideas to bring to market, to learning about key improvements we needed to make to shopping cart experience that lead to immediate improvement in conversion rate. Most important, it allows to make decisions faster and with a greater level of confidence.
