Overall Satisfaction with UserTesting

The business problems the product addresses helps our business determine user experience hurdles which our customers are facing. We're able to combine those qualitative insights with quantitative analytics from Google and come up with an optimization plan for my website. Once these issues were fixed we witnessed a lift in customer engagement.

Customer support is helpful however it takes customer support a lot of time to respond to inquiries. Due to the nature of most businesses, it would be a lot more helpful to have more rapid responses from customer support.
The overall usabililty is pretty great. The software gives you an opportunity to earn some extra money while also giving your opinions and thoughts on sites and apps. The Robust feature set is also a plus.
We have been able to really benefit from being able to provide our own usability testing on our own site. We can quickly know if customers are having issues with website design or relevant content to our customers expectations. because of these attributes, we were able to highly improve conversion rate and revenue.

I use UserTesting platform to do website usability testing for our e-commerce site. This way I can know if customers are having issues with how the website is designed or if its content is not relevant to customers' expectations. Then we hire testers through UserTesting platform at an affordable cost. And, give a specific use case. For example, browse a product detail page and confirm if the user was able to navigate to it quickly. And, once the user landed on product detail page, did they find the content per their needs. This way we were able to improve conversion rate and revenue driven from my e-commerce site through UserTesting.
