Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use UserTesting to test out concepts of designs and flows. We also use it to ask what people expect from certain experiences. UserTesting allows for us to get opinions from people outside of the organization. The results are typically easy to consume and understand. Building surveys is easy and unmoderated reviews are a great feature.
