Overall Satisfaction with Vidyard

Our sales team uses it. We use a multi-faceted approach to targeting our prospects and we use Vidyard to introduce ourselves to prospects.
  • Creates a more conversational experience with prospects.
  • Puts a face to the email address.
  • Enables us to get more creative with our messaging.
  • The Google Chrome widget sometimes doesn't function properly.
  • The tracking seems to be not 100% accurate.
  • More detailed tracking on "who" watched the video.
  • It's allowed us to achieve the level of creativity we aim for in prospecting.
  • Sometimes it can be "too personal" according to prospects.
  • Allows us to send quick clips of our platform to prospects.
It was quick and painless to set up.
Support is quick to respond and makes sure to make it a personalized experience for the user.
It's easy to use with the Chrome extension and allows for quick editing. I haven't used other video messaging platforms so I can't compare the performance of others.
