Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Vidyard to reduce friction throughout the sales process and onboarding. It is being used by sales. I once relied on booking demos to show our software, now I make short videos of our capabilities.

Ease of Integration

Extremely easy software to get up and running. I teach a class at a university and Vidyard is a part of it. Within an hour, I have 20 students download Vidyard and create several videos in a mock prospecting program.

Support Rating

I rarely need to reach out. I will say they used to have a phone number where a human would pick up and help me out right away. Now it is an email and things get resolved at a slower pace.
