Overall Satisfaction with Vidyard

I use Vidyard to reduce friction throughout the sales process and onboarding. It is being used by sales. I once relied on booking demos to show our software, now I make short videos of our capabilities.

  • Would like to be able to download videos without having to log in to the backend.
  • Much shorter sales cycle
  • Higher percentage of closed/won deals
Extremely easy software to get up and running. I teach a class at a university and Vidyard is a part of it. Within an hour, I have 20 students download Vidyard and create several videos in a mock prospecting program.
I rarely need to reach out. I will say they used to have a phone number where a human would pick up and help me out right away. Now it is an email and things get resolved at a slower pace.
Vidyard is best suited for the following:
