Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

We use it at Bell as our collaboration tool among the organization for chat, calls, and meetings, plus sharing content.

  • Meetings.
  • Recording.
  • Fully integration with some business apps.
  • Voice quality on VOIP.
  • It has helped us in the last 2 years to achieve our sales target by selling more Webex contracts to end-users.
  • Using virtual meeting /Webex meetings as a replacement for face-to-face works great with customers while working from home.
As a Cisco partner, Webex was the selected product for us. When we saw many customers were using Teams, we started a lab to test and compare the Teams and do integration with Webex.

I'm using it daily for over 5 hours a day and I find it a great tool.
Adding external users to the meeting is very easy. Creating collaborative spaces and adding your vendors to the space is a great feature.

Cisco Webex Experience

The automatic noise suppression was a great addition to Webex App. As everyone works from home, background noise was terrible, so with this feature, now we can enjoy the fruitful discussion without the dog, cats, and children interruptions.
BTC (Bell Total Connect) which is built on broad soft of Cisco, with Webex integration.
Security is great with Webex.
