Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
This is a good tool, however, [the] latest updates have increased CPU overhead.
- It integrate very well with other software.
- Easy to use.
- Always is up.
- Machine performance.
- Outlook integration doesn't work very well.
- Not the same behavior when you use meeting from Webex Meeting than Webex App.
- Positive: regarding [the] subscription model, [it] provides a good way to understand the costs involved.
- Positive: Very simple model of deployment and buying.
- Negative: The price is [more] expensive against other competitors.
Webex [App] has more features against other competitors, it means, video devices integration, PSTN integration, API platform open to [developing] integration against other products also.
